Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of LetsGoCV, a service provided by OPHARANA LLC and available on the website (www.letsgocv.com) and in the app for iPhone and Android. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them.

1. The service

LetsGoCV is a tool for creating, editing, saving and downloading resumes as PDFs from templates, on the website and in the app, with the same account and the same resumes. Creating and previewing a resume is free. Downloading it as a PDF is a paid feature, as explained below. If you do not have a plan, the app shows ads.

2. Your account

You need an account, which is free, to save and download your resumes. You must give us a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account and for ensuring that the content of your resumes is truthful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

3. Prices and payments

  • Single download: €0.99 for one download of a resume as a PDF.
  • Monthly plan: €7.99 per month, with unlimited downloads while it is active.
  • Yearly plan: €24.99 per year, with unlimited downloads while it is active.

On the website, payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments) and calculates the applicable taxes based on your country. You will always see the final amount before you confirm.

In the app, purchases are made with your App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) account, which charge you in your local currency with the applicable taxes, so the amount may vary from country to country; you will always see it before you confirm. These purchases are also governed by the store's terms.

Whatever you buy, on the website or in the app, works on both with the same LetsGoCV account.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel them. If the price were to change, you would be notified before the renewal.

  • If you subscribed on the website: you can cancel at any time from “My account” or from the Stripe portal.
  • If you subscribed in the app: cancel from your store account at least 24 hours before the renewal. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your LetsGoCV account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Our refund terms, including those for purchases made in the app, are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. The app on the App Store and Google Play

If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use LetsGoCV for unlawful purposes, to impersonate other people, to try to access other users' data, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the website design and the templates belong to OPHARANA LLC. The content of your resumes is yours: we only use it to provide the service to you. You can freely use the PDFs you download for your job applications.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee that a resume created with LetsGoCV will get you a job. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last twelve months.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change affects you significantly, we will notify you in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (United States), without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the laws of your country of residence, which will always be respected.
